AVOID - Tons of spyware / spam after you install. Will consistently have pop-ups claiming it is Chrome, and that you need to update their browser, but that it can only be done through their additional tool.
Used to be good, now completely useless. doesn't keep any settings and now is just pop up spam.... AVOID
It became a bloatware, more options from YT don't work then do, pop-ups are annoying. Just don't use this app. Blatant disregard to the EU laws about cookies and being unable to do anything when you have adblocker on should be enough of a reason.
This used to be a good extension, but now I'm really getting fed up with the annoying update popups. And seeing the developer accusing his users of lying when they complain is baffling.
Used to worth giving 5 stars for, but not again. Your smart decision to 'help' people will lead to your demise. Your popups are annoying, we don't really need it.
Honestly, I'd really like someone to go synchronize all YouTube Gaming setting with this extension asap, please. Once again, thank you so much indeed! Amen!
Blocks YouTube ads perfectly, which is the primary reason I use this plugin, but recently it has started showing annoying popups prompting to update Chrome and check the excensions. Thanks for the info, but Chrome already does a much better job of reminding to update itself and in much less intrusive way. After using this plugin for many years, I'm now uninstalling it and looking for an alternative.
I was thinking about writing a message to the developer about the annoying popup "you need to update your Chrome browser" that comes up every time I open Chrome, but from I'm seeing in the reviews, the developer doesn't listen to the users. So yes, even though the extension is great and does a good job on YouTube, the popups are bad enough to make me delete it.
