No improvement at all, back to history. Can I delete it from Chrome and get back the old vault or then running into a complete disaster???? PLEASE!!!!I have tried to get in touch with support, no connection. Will wait a few days for a patch, if not then I'll switch to another company. I've been with Norton since beginning.
Latest update is terrible. Identity safe no longer auto-fills login info and vault login/status no longer appears on toolbar. Will start searching for another password manager that actually works.

The latest update, which includes the most recent Chrome browser extension, is TERRIBLE! I loved Identity Safe prior to this last update. Now, Identity Safe no longer auto-fills username and password. In some cases, even when it does auto-fill it still will not allow me to log into the webpage I want because the webpage doesn't recognize that the field are populated. I have to manually populate the username and password. I thought the whole idea of Identity Safe was to make passwords easier to manage. This extension falls short, very short, of my expectations. I've tried re-installing it several times, still doesn't work properly. It also keeps asking me to login to My Vault when I've already logged in. This is terrible!
Very pleased with the new expansion possibilities. However, there are few sites that provide the ability to quickly generate a password. Очень порадовали новые возможности расширения. Однако мало сайтов, на которых предоставляется возможность быстрой генерации пароля.
Very helpful when you have a memory lapse.
Having to continually log into my Vault is absurd and useless! And even when the Vault is open, it doesn't fill in forms/logins like it should and used to in old version.
Password manager Vault went from 3-4 stars when I could get it to load to awful minus 2-3 stars with the update that automatically logs you out if not used within a very short time frame. I used to be able to log in once, and stay logged in until I chose to log out. Having to enter my long complicated password multiple times a day is totally unacceptable and waste my valuable time. I was forced to give you one star to even submit this review. No stars would have been my first choice. I, the paid longtime owner of my vault, should have FULL control of my login settings & status as before the update not Symantec.
