Garbage buggy mess. Please fire idiots who coded this garbage.
The chrome extension doesn't work consistently. I have to remove and reinstall it every time I reboot. When it works it's great, but when it doesn't it just shows a blank page when trying to access the vault.
Consistently does not work on my PC. Spoke with Norton and did the uninstall - reinstall thing, worked for maybe a day then broken again. Same issue on any browser. Useless on my PC. Terrible product.

朝6時前くらいにアクセスすると数ヶ月に1度程度だがサーバーが接続不可になっている。検索しまくってサービス状態のページにようやくたどり着き、パスワードマネージャーのサーバーだけ落ちていることを確認できたりする。メンテ中などならアナウンスをしっかりしてもらわないと困る。信頼性に欠けると言わざるを得ない。
half the time the extension doesn't open the password manager, regardless of the computer I use or whether I use Chrome or Edge. I have to reboot the computer to get the extension to load. I really prefer when Norton had this as a free standing app, so you could open it on your desktop.
Recently, Norton Password Manager stop showing the gear icon in menu bar, so I cannot search for logins. However, if you go a website then norton will still recognize and fill in login credentials. Tried to re-install extension with no change. Also tried to re-install chrome and extension but still missing. Firefox and Microsoft Edge both still have the icon available. Not sure what changed in Chrome. Can't always remember the urls or credentials need to be able to to access vault from chrome, like it used to work.
subscribed to an additional service, and it crashed all of my computers. Spent 10 hours with Norton -- they did not know what to do and made matters worse

This has to be the absolute worse PWM I have ever used. Half the time it crashes, won't log in, has issues connecting. hate it so much
