won't set up, even after repeated tries. pointless if it does not work
Really annoyed at Norton for what they have done . Passwords manager on their 360 Windows interface now opens up your default web browser to a cloud account , this should not be the case . Where is the local password manager , and don't even bother with using your phone to verify a browser needing permission , it gets rather annoying .
It's great when it works, but unfortunately that has become less than half the time for me. It's error prone and often won't open. It seems to struggle especially if you have more than one chrome profile—my work profile definitely works better than my personal. I often just can't open the password vault. It will either give me an error, or a new tab will pop up and then immediately close itself, or a tab will pop up and just load a blank page. Sometimes restarting the computer helps (sometimes it does nothing), but this can be quite a productivity killer in the middle of a work day when you have multiple files you are working on in different software. Having to save everything and reopen everything is just an annoying and inconvenient interruption. It will also randomly ask you to put in your norton 360 password sometimes, recently a few times a week, which is difficult if you use the password manager to create a strong password for you norton 360 account. The iphone app also suffers some of the same issues. Overall, it just seems like a poorly executed app.
My Password Manager works well in my other browsers, however, it doesn't like Chrome for some reason? Is anyone else having this issue? I have removed it and reinstalled it and still have the same issue.
ao iniciar o chrome, a extensão não funciona para pedir para desbloquear ou digitar palavra passe .
Na maioria das vezes, e principalmente quando a gente mais precisa não funciona. Clica no ícone para abrir a extensão e nada acontece, as vezes depois de meia hora é que envia o pedido de autorização para o celular. Para usar no celular então...bah, só pra passar raiva. nem um pouco interativo...e pior é que ainda é a versão premium que uso, e pelo que vi no comentários acima, nem adianta reclamar que a coisa não muda. Tô avaliando mais ou menos porque a intenção é boa, mas seria melhor se funcionasse corretamente. Plano vence em maio, pensando em não renovar.
Cannot open my vault. Keeps saying it cannot connect to server. "Something went wrong please try again"
Worst Password Manager, Do not Use this as it will not work after few months. It will show you errors and you will lose all of your data :( Trust me!!! Some people might say it works but as I already said it will work only for few months. Then everytime you open your Norton vault it will show you errors. Norton password manager is trash For Real.
