Pros: Its core is engineered well. Cons: Although it was developed by a major, trusted, and widely used company, some of these are just things that annoy me a lot but others are serious issues that should be considered: 1) The dark icon make it impossible to use a dark browser theme. 2) Norton Security Online cloud backup feature oddly does not create a backup for your passwords, so your identity to its cloud. Passwords, phone number, email, etc. is not enough to get lost data back. I suggest you add the folder (\Documents\Norton Password Manager Backups\email address) to one of your own secure clouds. 3)The vault does not stay open long enough making me either use a simple password or spend a lot of time typing a complex password over and over all day. This PC is in a secure location. I would really like for the vault to stay open. 4) On many sites it keeps asking to save the same login making duplicates. This makes it especially hard to reset a site password as it will only update one of the other duplicate logins. 5) It occasionally does not detect when a password reset form is used, so you must either manually edit it or wait until you sign in again. 6) Importing passwords from Google Chrome is broken. (A workaround: Export Chrome's passwords to another supported password manager then import from there.) 7) The button to open the password list on the login form covers anything that might be in that area. The form is for letters, numbers, and special characters.
Worked great until yesterday! Now it doesn't work with Chrome anymore. It just ask me to sign in to the cloud and then goes to an error page. Every help link goes to an error page. Norton has really gone downhill! I doubt I will renew!
Werk totaal niet meer met chrome
When Installed properly and after going thru the settings it works great. You must go to setting if you want it to automatically login you in. It is not set to auto log in by default. I do believe this is the problem with some of the other reviews.

cannot add new entry in the extension. I need to go back norton website to add new entry.

Ogni volta che apro crome compare la schermata "La tua richiesta è stata inviata al dispositivo mobile Approva la richiesta sul dispositivo per sbloccare il vault." ma al dispositivo mobile non arriva alcun messaggio e devo digitare manualmente la password del vault! Dove posso controllare quale dispositivo mobile è stato abilitato per questa funzione o meglio dove devo impostare il n. di cell. che voglio utilizzare per ricevere il messaggio?

I like this extension. It's helpful for managing passwords. I'd love it, though, if it could offer me an option to save my "No thanks" answers when it offers to add a password to the vault. I don't put my work passwords in my personal vault, and I have to click the "No thanks" (often more than once on the same login) many times each day. Thanks!
