Doesnt work on half of my sights and never have got form fill to work
Identity safe use to work 98% of the time before this latest update. After the update it fails to recognize my banking site and does not fill it in properly like before. What kind of testing was done before launching this upgrade this is horrible.
Kein Login über Google Chrome mehr möglich. Nur noch in EDGE. Was soll das??? Wird Norton neuerdings von Microsoft finanziert???
Does not work with Chrome in a user friendly way like it used to. Not sure why Norton felt the need to change it, but its definitely a good change in my opinion. It still works well in IE, just not Chrome!
I agree with all the others,the new update sucks my auto renewal is in a few days FIX IT FAST or I will turn it off
Bring back the old one, this one is totally useless.
Obviously another upgrade without proper testing! Relying on the user base to fault find..not good enough!
This is the last straw for me with Norton. They just proved conclusively that they value their cloud more so than what the user needs for Identity Safe to be useful.
I agree. This new version is aggravating and a waste of time and effort. I have been using Norton products for 15 years and this could be a deal breaker. I went to the Norton Community web page and complained ( see link below ). I suggest you all do the same. That way they your complaint will be seen and may help to bring change. Just a suggestion. https://community.norton.com/en
