Loving TwinMind already. Been using it for months to capture my thoughts, brainstorm ideas. Now also using for meetings. Great piece of software powered by AI. Highly recommended for individuals.
I rarely provide ratings for anything. But, this App is a game-changer for anyone that is juggling multiple projects and needs to be able to recall information. Especially, if you struggle with remembering. It's an App that once you use, you cannot imagine life without it! It is also very useful for personal matters as well. It has saved me multiple times on trips to the grocery store for my wife! Love this App!
I am totally dependent on Twinmind for taking notes during my consultations with clients, giving me suggestions on topics as we speak (although lately this seems to have gone awry!) and I constantly have to remind Twinmind who I am and who the client is. Twinmind also does not always understand the Singapore accent and then we have an argument on the client's name and words used. Further, Twinmind incorrectly assumes that if I have back to back sessions, that the cleint is the same and I have to remind Twinmind that this is a new client. However, the best app by far for understanding my work

The 30 minute limit on Otter's free plan is a joke. My lectures are 90 minutes. TwinMind records the whole thing without asking for a credit card. Thank you for supporting students!!
The interface on Fireflies is too cluttered. Too many buttons. TwinMind is minimal and fast. I can start recording in one second.
Fireflies missed action items constantly. TwinMind seems to have a better understanding of context. It catches the "I'll send that by Friday" tasks that Fireflies ignored.
I tried to delete my data from Read.ai and it was a hassle. TwinMind has a clear "delete" button and because it’s local I know it’s actually gone.
Otter’s search function never found what I needed. TwinMind’s semantic search is way smarter. I can ask a question and it answers from the notes. Otter can't do that.
I’m a realtor and I spend half my day driving. I use TwinMind to dictate notes after every showing. "Clients liked the kitchen, hated the carpet, budget is 500k." By the time I get back to the office, I have a to-do list ready. It helps me remember the small details that close deals
