You can turn it off for specific sites if you find it's not needed and edit the blacklist under "Options" when you right-click the green Recipe Filter icon in your toolbar.

Don't know if its just me, but out of about 6 cooking sites I visited, only one worked, and that was one used in the video. Has good potential, but until it recognizes the first few sites when googling "cooking", its a bit limited for me.

This is so great! No more reading entire life stories on blog posts just to get to the dang recipe. It has worked on every recipe site I've been to so far with zero trouble. Thank you!
So far I've tested it on all the food blog sites I use that are the worst offenders about prepending recipes with lifestyle blog posts, and it works beautifully on them. Good idea and great (open source!) implementation.
