Really useful for organizing tabs and my life. I am a developer who constantly has at least 10-20 tabs open at any given time. Workana makes it simple to keep track of the ones I need, especially when I need to get to pages quickly (think production support and release events). This system is far superior to simple bookmarks.

Workona has definitely completely changed my tab management (I had 135 open tabs when I installed it and I didn't even know!) However, the only thing keeping this from being a five star would be the new tab. It seems no matter how many times I click log in, I am unable to. Maybe this is a sign in with google problem? Hope this gets fixed quickly!

Con Workona he optimizado mi productividad al doble en el mismo tiempo de trabajo. Te organizas mucho mejor y gastas muchísimo menos tiempo en encontrar y cargar las webs de uso diario. Espero que vayan añadiendo más funcionalidades porque es genial.

I'm really glad I've found this tool, I have been trying out all tab batching and ordering tools I could get my hands on for years now, but nothing had such a positive effect on my workflow as Workona!!! The fact that I don't even see other tabs that I don't want to concentrate on, but can freely switch between workspaces with a keyboard shortcut makes working with Workona a dream browser experience. I'm a developer and also have many side-projects that require completely different workspaces. Finally a tool that doesn't just touch on one aspect of tab functionality, but opens up a bunch of possibilities to optimize internet usage. The rating should be "Love it" instead of "Loved it".

Transformed the way I work. I no longer fear losing my tabs, and if a project falls into oblivion it's easy to just wipe it all out in one swoop, focusing on what's current. As a once-paying-customer of Ghost browser, I would pay for this if it weren't free.

For years, I've wanted to switch from one Chromebook (e.g., from my "home" Chromebook which is connected to a KVM and a big monitor and so forth) to another Chromebook (e.g., my travel Chromebook) and have my tabs appear on the "other" Chromebook exactly as they did on the first one. I'd tried a number of extensions which claim to do that, but they were always more trouble than they're worth. I read about Workona in some Lifehacker article and figured I'd see if it could do that for me. Little did I realize that it would give me additional advantages, like being able to have my "Daily" tabs in the Resources section, open them all in the morning, and then close them as I make my way through them. Similarly, when I've got to do something in the 3D-printing world, I'll open that workspace, do my thing, and then switch back to my "_Dashboard" workspace. And like Workona was reading my mind, I now realize that sometimes, I do want to bring all open tabs with me and sometimes I don't, so I am always asked if I want to bring over what I was working on, not bring over what I was working on, or merge the two sets of tabs. Brilliant. I suspect I'm barely using half of its featureset, but it sure meets my needs at the moment. Thank you!
