Absolutely transformed my workflow! I've tried other apps and thought they were good, until I tried Workona. Now, I realize they were lousy!

Workona is a very intuitive way to organise tabs into projects in the browser. Because I only use Chrome for work, which is naturally project-based, it has completely changed how I browse, and made more pages more accessible more of the time
Workona is a work horse! I am able to quickly organize links and research for multiple businesses, non profit, health and medical research, technology research, multiple clients, as well as for all the personal items and life issues I manage for our family. This one app has saved me COUNTLESS HOURS each week. I do wish I could sync workspaces between devices. I do wish LINKS were available OFFLINE in a cache? Another feature that would be lovely, is to be able to link tabs or workspaces to project mgmt, calendar tasking, or workforce mgmt app? Thank you for this app!
I have been looking for a tool like this for a long time, something that can quickly get the sites up that I need to perform certain tasks. I'm not a power user like web developers are and such, but I use it to help make me more productive. For example, I travel quite a bit for business and have to arrange my own itineraries. I use Workona to set up a "travel planner" group that quickly brings up all the sites I need to book my travel. Glad I found this extension.
Great tool for segmenting projects and tasks, highly recommend!
Loving it - really helping to organise my work on my blog I can have all my tabs separated into topics rather than just a giant page with tabs and choose when to work on each topic.
UPDATE: I'm back using Workona for months now, the issue did not happen again, I am much more cautious about handling with custom tabs and dragging. Tip: do NOT MESS with the CACHE tabs... leave it there, dont even peek it. That's what I am trying to believe thatkeeps me safer from losing something again. I`ve lost ALL my tabs from 3 different workspaces!!! Im running an Alienware with free RAM, only some ~20 tabs on A and 5 and 5 on B and C. No restore was found on them. I didnt even turn off the PC, I was just switching between them and a Extensions tab. I really wanted to recommend this.... very well polished and all.. but lost all my tabs.
Over the past year, I had gotten used to having three different browser windows once to manage the three environments I would be working in simultaneously. Shuffling between them constantly had become a habit inscribed to muscle memory, that is, till Workona arrived on the scene. An absolute disruption: I was sold instantly, have been using it non-stop for weeks now and have recommended to others facing similar situations requiring working in numerous contexts in parallel. For such people, the organisation and the mise-en-place Workona has brought is exceptional. Thank you!
