After just a few weeks of using folk.app CRM, we're genuinely impressed. The usability is fantastic, making it easy for our team to adopt, and the LinkedIn integration and Chrome extension are real time-savers. It's been a smooth experience so far. We're excited to see what's next, and we're especially hoping the WhatsApp integration gets bumped up the roadmap!
I am operating as EPC Contractor Consultant in OIl & Gas so that I have to follow several projects with a lot of contacts in order to follow sals pipe lasting months. I was using VTNext CRM with about 3,000 contacts and over 100 Companies.Main issue was to follow Engineers, Project Managers and Buyers changing job...my mail campaign were always with high percentage bounced due to obsolete status of contacts. I started to use Linkedin (I have over 13,000 contacts and create a Group that in last 365 days got over 2Mln views) making copy and paste also of pics , but it was really time consuming. I started folk and in two days I imported a csv file without any probled and after couple of full immersion days now I have have updated files using enrich feature checking missing mails an dI am very satisfied. As mentioned in a video on youtube "folk is ideal for single person use or small organizations" I suscribed after one day :-) Extension folk-X is very fast and in second you can add new contact!
I've used a lot of CRMs in the past, from Salesforce to HubSpot. And I'm sticking with Folk CRM. Chrome extension to use an overused expression is a "real game changer" if you spend most of your time prospecting on LinkedIn. I love how it can add your prospects right from within the LinkedIn user interface. I love how you can quickly move the conversations from your message box into Folk so that you've got interactions logged, as well as interacting with prospects via the commenting section and the feature that the Folk CRM Chrome extension has.
What matters most as a former President/CEO of four public companies, IS, beach time with a Caipirinha! Now I'm focused on science projects close to my heart. Ask me about Guiness World Record potato's - [email protected]. Also, I'm just into my first subscription week using Folk, I've used many CRM's over the years; Folk is The Bomb!

Have tried a bunch of CRM tools that require i pay for too many features that I'll never use. Design and interface is fantastic and seamless integration with Linkedin is pretty much all anyone needs.
