Love this extension - super seamless and efficient.
Great CRM and great extension. I tried a lot of tools to enrich, to interact, to manage contact and projects. Folk is a good CRM and can be used to manage project with his multiple building possibility. But everything is EASY to use. Not as complete than other specialized tools and some frustrations sometims but it's the best i tried between nearly 15 CRM and enriching tools. I bet on them to improve fast :)

The product is still in its MVP stage, so there are a few features missing and areas, that need further development. However, I’ve been using it for the past three months, and it has already saved me so much time in our fundraising process. The fundraising pipeline is straightforward and easy to navigate. The Chrome extension is a game-changer, helping me to extract LinkedIn contacts in seconds. I also find the direct messaging feature incredibly useful for reaching out to investors via email and following up in the platform directly. What really stands out to me is the customer success team - they are always there when I need help, whether it's fixing something or guide when I don’t fully understand a feature. I wish I had employees as motivated and present as Julie ;) The product is constantly being updated and developed, which is exciting because you know there are more improvements to come. I’m happy to use this tool and have already recommended it to two of my founder friends, who are using it now. Overall, when you create a product that meets customer needs and back it up with excellent support, customers are happy to spread the word. Keep up the great work, team!
