The 3CX browser extension provides click2call from any website or CRM system for 3CX PBX users.

With the 3CX extension, Click2Call functionality enables telephone numbers on any webpage or CRM system to be ‘hyperlinked’ allowing a simple click to initiate the call instead of copying and pasting. When setting up the extension, the extension options include the choice for the number to be passed to the 3CX Web Client or 3CX Softphone for Windows. Additionally, included within the settings is an ‘Exclusion list’ where you can set specific URLs in which you do not want the numbers to be ‘hyperlinked’.

Important: This extension is only for use with 3CX V20, and is not a standalone extension.

This extension used to have a small pop out window that could be used like the Windows client to make calls. It also popped up no matter what tab you were on. Today, thats gone. Why was this changed? Why fix something that wasnt broken?

Schon schön, dass die App einfach so upgedatet wurde... aufm mac gibts eh schon keinen vernünftigen client und nun gar keinen mehr... vorher konnte man mit dieser App nämlich die Webversion des Clients in einem extra Browserfenster laufen lassen. War ne super Sache, besonders da der Mac Client eh schon für den Po war und ab v18 gar nicht mehr angeboten wird. Seite heute (20211208 (yyyymmdd)) muss ich hart über die website wählen und darf allen usern die das nutzen neu erklären wie nun der Hase läuft.. super... dafür kann ich jetzt telefonnummern anklicken zum wählen. grandios! das haben wir gebraucht! gibt mehr sterne wenns wieder ne richtige extension gibt...

the 3cx extension was excellent being a Linux user... however, today (8th Dec) it seems to be merged with Click2Call (there was 2 extensions) and the browser extension that loaded as a small browser window akin to the Windows client app is gone... please either change this back or fix the issue

Ранее это расширение было аналогом десктопного приложения - был отдельный интерфейс всплывающего окна, где можно было принимать и совершать звонки. 8 декабря 2021 расширение обновилось, в результате из него исчезли все вышеописанные функции и остался только click2call-функционал (передача данных номера с открытой страницы либо в открытую вкладку браузера, либо на десктоп-приложение). К сожалению, теперь useless.

Wow, really going backwards from the native mac client. I have had so many issues with this extension, which I was forced to switch to after upgrading to V18: it sometimes does not ring at all (even when it's in focus), to ringing continuously even after picking up, to echos and other audio problems reported by the other party. The native client had none of these issues, and nothing else switched beyond the client. I had to uninstall this extension and just rely on the Android app, which is disappointing since I have a professional headset and microphone on the computer specifically for phone calls and meetings. I rarely write extension reviews but this has really made me rethink 3CX as our telephony solution.

Até que funciona, porém as restrições de sites onde não quero que a extensão crie hiperlinks em qualquer número não filtram os sites adequadamente.
