The 3CX browser extension provides click2call from any website or CRM system for 3CX PBX users.
With the 3CX extension, Click2Call functionality enables telephone numbers on any webpage or CRM system to be ‘hyperlinked’ allowing a simple click to initiate the call instead of copying and pasting. When setting up the extension, the extension options include the choice for the number to be passed to the 3CX Web Client or 3CX Softphone for Windows. Additionally, included within the settings is an ‘Exclusion list’ where you can set specific URLs in which you do not want the numbers to be ‘hyperlinked’.
Important: This extension is only for use with 3CX V20, and is not a standalone extension.

a extensào funcionava até hoje (08/12/2021), atualizaram e ficou muito ruim, não tem mais o "player" para atender as ligaçoes e nem o dial (dentro do player) para discar... voltem a versão antiga.
New version does not open the window. How am I supposed to call anyone if I don't get the little window I used to get in old version?

A extensão parou de funcionar hoje, muito ruim o sistema sem a extensão.
I've been using 3CX for two years now and it worked great until today. My system had not been updates or rebooted recently. When I logged in as I normally do each morning, the web client would not show up. I uninstalled from Chrome then reinstalled the extension. This did not fix the issue. Now I have to click the dialer in the software to answer a call. Very frustrating. Is this a new bug or glitch?
The December 8 update is horrible. Does not function as it did before. Click2Call does not offer the pop up window to show the dialer and call manager. Click2Call makes any series of numbers click like a phone number. Not good when working with bar codes and addresses regularly. 3cx needs to update or roll this back to the working version.
Using it on chromebook Version 96.0.4664.77 (Official Build) and the new extension update has stopped it from working - the webclient does not recognise the extension. unistall and reinstall the webclient does not ask for activate extension - ??
Pelo amor de Deus! Voltem com a extensão da versão V16 do Chrome, como vocês simplesmente desativam uma extensão que ainda é muito utilizada somente para forçar o cliente a migrar para a V18. A Extensão estava funcionando sem nenhum problema.
As of 12/8/2021 this no longer works with the 3CX web client. Please fix!
Eben wurden wir hier alle (automatisch) aktualisiert, von 3CX (4.3.0.348) auf 3CX Click2Call (5.0.0.100). Die Browser Erweiterung ist weg. Es gibt beim Klick auf den blauen Hörer ein Fenster, in dem eine URL zu einer Ausnahmeliste hinzugefügt werden kann. Die Konfigurationseinstellungen führen ebenfalls zu nichts. Was ist da los?
