The 3CX browser extension provides click2call from any website or CRM system for 3CX PBX users.

With the 3CX extension, Click2Call functionality enables telephone numbers on any webpage or CRM system to be ‘hyperlinked’ allowing a simple click to initiate the call instead of copying and pasting. When setting up the extension, the extension options include the choice for the number to be passed to the 3CX Web Client or 3CX Softphone for Windows. Additionally, included within the settings is an ‘Exclusion list’ where you can set specific URLs in which you do not want the numbers to be ‘hyperlinked’.

Important: This extension is only for use with 3CX V20, and is not a standalone extension.

I used to use the extension with HubSpot and it was really convenient, especially for incoming calls ... Please bring us back this fantastic extension !!!

Buona l'estensione. Propongo però di far in modo che si possa scegliere se far riconosce (come fa adesso) i numeri telefonici in automatico oppure se riconoscere solo i link di tipo tel:[number] in questo modo si possono usare correttamente i CRM ed escludere i riconoscimento automatico dei numeri che sinceramente non è molto efficiente

I'll jump in on the dogpile to say that the Dec 8 update completely borked everything. I can't use their desktop app because the recipients of my calls hear massive interference on their end that my IT people couldn't seem to fix. Good news was that the web extension didn't have this issue - until Dec 8 when 3CX inexplicably destroyed the only good thing about their product. Now I'm trying to work from home making calls with my business number while the other end is wondering why it sounds like I'm calling from a wind tunnel.

Das letzte Update hat die CRM Integration entfernt, die über die Desktop App scheinbar nicht funktioniert. Daher nun für uns unbrauchbar.

Simplesmente funcionava perfeitamente, era útil, fácil e rápido. Desde o dia 08/12/2021, atualizaram e apenas desativaram a extensão. Péssimo.
