The 3CX browser extension provides click2call from any website or CRM system for 3CX PBX users.

With the 3CX extension, Click2Call functionality enables telephone numbers on any webpage or CRM system to be ‘hyperlinked’ allowing a simple click to initiate the call instead of copying and pasting. When setting up the extension, the extension options include the choice for the number to be passed to the 3CX Web Client or 3CX Softphone for Windows. Additionally, included within the settings is an ‘Exclusion list’ where you can set specific URLs in which you do not want the numbers to be ‘hyperlinked’.

Important: This extension is only for use with 3CX V20, and is not a standalone extension.

I don't know why 3cx killed the old chrome browser extension which was working excellent till it was killed a week ago and we never asked you to give us a new browser extension. What was wrong with the old chrome browser extension that 3CX decided to end its life. Can you scrap the new browser extension for good and restore the old one. You can already see the amount of people struggling with the worthless and non working new browser extension. Is that not a wake up call for 3CX ?

The Last Update on 08 December 2021 removed nearly all functionality and features. No secondary Window with easy access to the Status or the Q you're in. No easy overview of the favorites, if they are in a call or not. The (NOT) extension Window doesn't pop out if a call comes in. No reliable Notification of new Messages. No it wasn't a problem, that the messages didn't show up in the Extension. And no, Installing the Desktopapp doesn't work. Not everyone is working on windows.
