The app constantly gets stuck at 12%, and has become completely unusable. Support has been unable to correct it, and just gives the same answer each time—remove, reinstall, etc. When it worked, it was a decent app, but because it doesn't work, it's worthless.
Solid extension. Does what it says. Found 847 inactive friends on my account.
