Fa quello che deve! Unico neo, metterei una combinazione tra mouseover+tasto(ctrl) per mostrare le password. Se si usa solo il mouseover si rischia di mostrare le proprie password accidentalmente a chi sta vicino al pc... Per il resto è semplice ed utile senza alcun dubbio.
