UltraWideo is the cross-browser extension that manipulates video aspect ratio to fill your screen. Whether you own an ultrawide monitor (21:9, 32:9), a standard 16:9 display watching 4:3 videos, or anything in between — UltraWideo eliminates black bars and gives you a true full-screen experience.
Why UltraWideo over other extensions?
Unlike alternatives that break on certain platforms or stop detecting videos, UltraWideo is proven to work on all major video streaming platforms, including embedded videos across the web. No "video not detected" errors. No broken layouts on non-video pages. It only activates when there's a video to work with.
▸ Works everywhere — any streaming service, any site with embedded video, any platform. Not limited to a single site.
▸ Blazingly fast — written in plain JavaScript with a tiny footprint. No memory leaks, no background processes draining your battery, no performance degradation over time.

Now we talking you got rid of popup and it works on sites older version did not, some sites it dont work on that old version did. So I have 2 versions installed to get the best of both 3.4.9 zip so it wont auto update and the new we will see going forward. I deleted my old review talking about the popup thing. Thanks for listening.
I don't norma;lly leave reviews. But this is brilliant. People so polite too and listen to invite
thank you for listening to our feedbacks for changing the floating icon into an option
non funziona piu su animeworld ne su altri siti dove prima funzionava
Congratulations on the extension. It would have been great if there was also an option to hide the floating app icon.
the floating icon should've been an option rather than being forced.
Solid extension, does exactly what it's supposed to and more. The new "Trigger for the Pro upgrade" colored button has ended up being the reason I have removed this extension from my system. There is no need for that button option if the basic core functionality works for the user. It's an eyesore to those who have no desire or are on the fence about Pro features. I get it's a not so subtle reminder of new options but sadly, autohide is not what is needed. Right now that button functions the same way every other annoying "thing" you have to work around with a free version of something. If I click on it and find nothing of value, seeing it everytime my mouse moves (even for the autohide duration) is distracting AF. So I can only assume that is it's true purpose. Annoy people into upgrading? That's a recipe for disaster. I can find other extensions that do the same thing as this one, or honestly just live without it. And after posting this I have just slid down the reviews here and see an overwhelming dislike for this feature. And I also see the basic "lets talk about it" response. We get it's a financial thing. Obviously. You don't seem to get that this one new additon. This one, the button, colored or otherwise is your stumbling block. I don't even really know what other features you are offering, other than my general looking at the options and scanning around. They seem interesting enough but understand... the first thing and the only thing I end up seeing is that button. If it were just me, fine. But you have a whole contingent giving you a heads up. You know your own numbers. I hope they reflect this issue. Just add an option to have it disappear forever. Put it somewhere else, an clickable option in the menu. I can't get past it honestly and the extension is definitely good enough for me to type all this nonsense. But now I am done. Good Luck. I will check back sometime.
