one star barely, no matter what i do i cant get the Authenticator to work,. very frustrating
An essential tool in my online toolkit. Speeds up my work considerably! Thank you for this very simple and useful extension.
Just like last year, I am so confused I am just going to forget about logging in. I finally found codes but by that time the screen that asked for the codes was gone. It initially asked for backup codes out of the blue. I don't have backup codes. Where am I supposed to get them. When I last worked I was Information Systems Support so you would think this would be a breeze. Two years in a row I am giving up. I have no clue. I am just terribly confused about what I am supposed to do but I do have a new password. As if that would help.
I don't know what happened, but I can't download the backup file anymore. Any idea of what to do?
