Awesome. Great Idea indeed
I love the images, they are simply beautiful and it's a wonderful alternative to a boring blank new tab page. BUT, of course those new tab pages were not actually blank... they contained useful links to previously visited pages, direct links to Plus, Gmail and more, and of course access to "the waffle" which gives access to our other commonly used apps. So although I love the maps imagery, I've eventually had to turn off this extension because, while aesthetics are important, functionality is ultimately more critical to get through my day, especially when I basically live inside Chrome. It would be great if you could somehow add these important missing features back in with these beautiful photos.

Love the pics, and like the "Apps" link. But since it does not show my bookmarks bar with a new tab anymore, I will have to turn it off. Also would be good to still show my recent tabs/windows somehow, since that's useful too.

Such an easy way to bring joy to my screen every day!
Very cool. But, fairly often, Chrome is crashing (Windows 7 64-bit Home Ed) after I've installed Earth View from Google Maps. The crashes all seem to correspond with changes to the images. The crashes are only intermittent; sometimes the image is changed without the crash. But I'm uninstalling EVFGM, just to see if I can restore stability to the Chrome browser.
