Always have to remove from chrome and add it back or have to clear cache contantly to get it to work.
Not understanding why each time I try and launch Five9, it asks me to install extension all the time when it is already installed.
Constant issues, too many to list. I have worked in call centers for a very long time and this is literally the worst phone system I have ever had to deal with.
after a recent update, five9 freezes as soon as i open a few tab on chrome, on going issue
I use it for work to do tech support with customers. The extension is very heavy and unstable. The connection with the server often fails. There are always problems with the audio management in headphones and with the PC

excellent app, easy to use and very usefull and convinient
Extension seems to only alert me of new texts and emails, but not phone calls. If this is a user error, I'd love to know how to fix this gap.
I’ve faced multiple issues with disconnections and voice clarity during the service. It made the experience frustrating and difficult to resolve my customer's concerns. I hope improvements can be made to enhance the overall quality of service.
The absolute worst phone system, I would not recommend if you are using it for a business.
