I no longer use Google because of my concern for our country's security...I have used DuckDuckGo for nearly a year along with Brave...it has been a great search engine...and I will continue to recommend it highly - they do not track you like I saw with Google
A Google alternative when you get tired of Google's censorship and opinion pieces being pushed to the top 30 results and what you're actually looking for (which has tons of traffic) being pushed to page 7.
I thought for this search engine was designed to PREVENT ISPS from seeing me because i don't like being watched by others
incredible navigator.
This is a great extension and blocks trackers on certain websites. However, I wish I was able to choose a custom search engine. This is because I would like to use Ecosia (a search engine that uses money from adverts to plant trees). Ecosia is rated B+ by duckduckgo so I am confident my searches are private and not tracked.
best & safest search engine ever.
Son optimas las búsquedas que realiza, ésto acompañado a que no reutilizan la información personal, para mi lo hace un excelente buscador.
I installed DDG over Chrome for its better privacy settings. But when, by chance, I started to search for suppliers, I was only shown results from the US, although I live in Germany - even after I changed the settings for my own region. This makes the search engine rather useless and it was not easy to get id of it again.
Imposible to change default search engine :(
