Sendspark is designed with absolute simplicity in mind. Though at first it feels like there should be more features, you soon come to realize that this simplicity is what make it so versatile and user friendly. The key feature that led me to become a customer is the ability to smoothly request videos from others which makes gathering testimonials a breeze. There are some particular cases where using a conventional video service (like YouTube) simply doesn't make sense (e.g. sending a quick check in to a client). That's where Sendspark comes in and does a great job for such use cases.

Fantastic app with many use cases. The share pages are especially well done for sending to clients or prospects. I do look forward to when they add pausing and trimming so that little awkward bits can be cut out of the video. Loving it so far!

I highly recommend Sendspark to all marketers or any other persons sending educational or informational email messages. Sendspark is amazing! It's super intuitive, simple, and easy to use. You can quickly and easily record a video with either your face, your screen, or both, then add it to a page with some text and a CTA if you desire an send it to someone. They can easily view the video in their browser and you can even receive a video response from them as well! Awesome for asynchronous communication with a more human touch; if you're in very different time zones, you can send each other videos to have a conversation "face-to-face" but on your own time. You can use it for support inquiries as well, if a customer is having issues, you can request a video from them where they record the issue they're facing, and you can return one with the solution - and so many other possibilities. Very stable, high quality platform. Sendspark is definitely going places!

Great app, amazing idea. Video is the future of customer communication. Sendspark allows you to easily communicate with your clients through video. You can create video tutorials, marketing videos, onboarding videos, anything you imagine. What I like is easy of use, very simple and strait forward to start and get going. What I would like to see in the near future is integrations, so we can connect this tool to our existing tech stack. Keep up the good work guys.
