Sendspark is the bomb. I've used a few video marketing programs over the years, and although they have been decent, they can't hold a candle to Sendspark. I'm a physician and see so many option for the program. I can't wait to respond to patient's prior to their first visit and even after they have been in the office with a welcome video or thank you video for visiting the practice. This is going to be a radical differentiator in my field and allow me to crush my competition with killer customer engagement and service. Thanks Sendspark for putting out such a killer product. Looking forward to the future.

So amazingly simple to send & connect video with clients with SendSpark. I'm comparing SS to Loom & the others I’ve been using for ages - it actually offers me - everything - I need for my business, and seems to do a better job for our particular needs. There are just so many uses for us. Aside from the sheer ease of use & professional custom branded look of the outgoing from our end...the Client friendly & quick change CTA's - ensure easy collection of all the client feedback, social proof & testimonials etc we wish to collect. This is a HUGE benefit to us & any marketer. Roadmap shows more features are well & truly in progress & being rolled out! Everything is just so simple & fast & I love the very clean & easy UI/UX. Sendspark is a perfect way to do social selling. What I use this for is to create a screen recording to my prospects. Then send it to them via Messenger. This allows them to see that they are actually dealing with a real person who took time to create them a personal video. Some might say the functions to Sendspark is basic. But that is all that I really need. Being able to get my customers attention is huge in sales and marketing and Sendspark helps with that.

Firstly, I must admit I am leaving this review so soon after purchasing because of the offer. But truly, it made me see how very easy it was to use. I sent an email to those who have purchased my book, A Children's Book: ENDING RACISM! The video I created was to thank them and to send them to my website for further updates. 1.. Set up was non-existent. Other than putting in my email address I GOT STARTED IMMEDIATELY. 2. Added my logo and changed colors of text to represent brand colors. 3. Created video...TAKE 5! (I'm picky.) 4. Added correct text for heading, etal. 5. REVIEWED. 6. Added to my GMAIL email (first as a test). 7. Copied HTML and placed it on my website! OMG! I have another video tool...but it is CLUNKY compared to this video sending tool. (It doesn't do ALL that the other tool does. But it does do what it says it is designed to do. I appreciate that.) What next? I have three brands that I am working with. Just need to onboard others. Not too difficult! 5 STARS...My 1st so fast!

I'm just starting to dive into Sendspark and it's a whole lot easier to navigate than I had originally anticipated. They created some video 'Templates' that'll help guide you in creating your own personal videos as you welcome new users to your website or email list, and on how to create video tutorials for those you're responding to in your emails, and well as some others. It basically shows you what can done with their product. They also have a simple help 'question' area and one of the things I found was 'Video Editing Checklist' that gives quick tips on how to correctly prepare to record, how to edit the video page, and how to edit the video thumbnail. I've begun the recording process and everything seems to be quite clear. The only thing I hope that they grow is their Sendspark YouTube channel. Currently there is only one video on there and it's more of a promotional video from about 7 months ago. It would be great if they started putting some of their additional training 'how to' videos on there as well. I'd watch them for sure. My final verdict is that I plan on using Sendspark actively in my emails going forward. I also love the fact that it can be white-labeled to display my own brand.
