Got what I was looking for! In busy world, people don’t take time to read long messages and loosing personal touch but sometimes a few words are not enough. If customer retention and customer delight is important for your business, you will understand the value of video emails. Sometimes is waaaay easier to explain the value of your service and onboard new clients by using a video, and sending video emails also makes the communication feel more personal than using traditional text emails. Sendspark is a great tool. I find it very easy to use and it has all you need to send profesional looking video emails to your leads and clients. I am new into video emails and therefore was hesitant at first but I watched the demo webinar they made for Appsumo (you can find it on youtube) and I was convinced not only about the product but also about the team behind it. They seem solid and trustworthy.
