SendSpark = Quick and Easy: I've looked at many other video/email tools in the past, and this was the first that jumped to the front of the list for me. There are so many emails that people have to deal with, that they often skip over anything that doesn't catch their attention. A personalized video note is one way to do that! SendSpark makes it quick and easy to shoot a video for a welcome/onboarding message, or a personal response to a client, or an over-the-shoulder training. AND SendSpark makes it super easy to ask a client for a video testimonial without them having to jump through several hoops just to give you some quick feedback. I see many uses for SendSpark, and appreciate the option for multiple workspaces so that you can use it for different niches or brands! As a businessman, I understand the value of video content. It helps me to showcase my products and services. Now SendSpark allows me to quickly record videos that I can share with my clients, team members, and potential customers. Using HTML to be able to embed the video in email is a nice feature. I can add video clicks as part of my email signature. The ease of use - no software to install and the intuitive interface makes the use quick and fun. I can collect video testimonials from customers for easy social proofing. And videos can be managed for my paying customers, so it is another revenue stream as a generating source of income. Just saying I am a 55 year old Luddite but Sendspark made it so easy to get started. Out of all the software I purchased in the past 2 years this was easily the quickest setup and most pleasant video onboarding I have had out of 50 plus software purchases my team has made at CareerNiche. Kudo's to the Sendspark team for including older tech shy individuals in their UX design as I actually sent my test videos to teammate out tonite with only 5 minutes after watching onboarding videos. Very intuitive for me, which says a lot for your product. I am very excited to be a customer of a software product for the first time in a long time. Best for its simplicity. We have dozens of contractors who be using Sendpark to make a personal connection with the homeowners who have visited their website. We reviewed a number of video recording and email delivery systems and Sendspark gets into the inbox better than any others. I personally am about as non-technical as anyone on earth and even so, I was using Sendspark effectively after ten minutes. A lot of similar priced competitors have more editing features but we found that the extra features resulted in less adoption by our clients, not more. Also you can remove Sendspark branding more thoroughly than the other products. I recommend Sendspark to anyone who wants to personalize email quickly, effectively and affordably.
