How can I get a credit?
Hi Himanshu, I have been using this app for 2 days and I'm not sure whether its even working. Let me explain. 1) As soon as I provided it the login details the first time, in the first attempt itself, the app displayed a message that there's soft ban on the account, not sure how it identified that. 2) Anyways, with the soft ban, the app also displays a message up saying the app will perform the check after 30mins. Now, the question is, as a user what should one do at this point - just leave page logged in and should one log out of it? I tried both and it doesn't seem to be doing anything if you leave the page open probably because the page times out. And in the second option, if you logout, the script runs again and gives the same message that there's a soft ban. 3) Your FAQs say that the soft ban is lifted after 5hrs. In order to try this, I stopped the script for more than 5hrs and when I enabled it, it just gave the same message that there's a soft ban. Note: I ran the script with the frequency of 10mins. I'd really appreciate, if you could help clarify the following things: 1) How does the script identify whether there's a soft ban or hard ban on the account? 2) What should be the action of the user when app displays soft ban on the account? Ideally, the user should not do anything if the extension is enabled, the app should do a check on its own after 30mins.
HI Himanshu, I want help as I'm not able to change the end date for checking availabilities of slot it is still showing the end date for year 2027 and after each setting it is showing soft ban and checking after 30 minutes.
hello thanks for making this extension but why it says failed to fetch after soft ban. it is keep doing it every 30 mins (soft ban). help!!!!

Hi Himanshu, Thanks for making this extension. It is amazing and I am sure many are getting benefitted of it. I would want to ask you if the extension can check the slots in multiple locations of our choice based on the config we set up, that would be a great feature. As sometimes we might have early appointments available in other visa consulate locations, which most of the people are ready to travel instead of waiting longer for the visa slots at their nearest location. So, if there is an option to have multiple locations check that would be great , it's just my suggestion. Not sure if that can really work automatically but since we are able to check manually, why not automate it :) Thanks man !!

It gets stuck whenever it finds me a date, i thought the auto-book feature would work, but it doesn't.
