I don't need modders grabbing all my data, sorry.
Was one of the best quality of life extensions, however, the latest update requires permission to read browser history. There is no reason to need that permission besides data mining and I'm unwilling to pay that.
There's no legitimate reason for this app to read my browsing history.
Reading my entire browser history now? Nope. Uninstall and 1/5 stars.
Used to love the extension. now uninstalling. because last update needs access to my browsing history for no reason.
first wondered that my youtube looked so standard. Then found this little message in chrome that ImprovedTube is disabled because it asks for new permission "Read your browsing history". Did some research and found all the bad reviews from the last few hours. I liked the extension, but I disabled it for now and wanted to leave this 1 star for that permission that is not required for the features of the extension.
Edit: Love this extension. It provides an easy way to switch to the old style YouTube which has queuing for Chromecast. Apparently a bug requested browsing history, but now that that's fixed 5 stars.
What utter nonsense. You have no good reason to have access to my history. Reading through the author's reply's he's either high af, or thinks ppl will buy the bs. So long asshat.
