This is an Input Method Editor (IME) designed for Chromebooks (running ChromeOS). It supports loading customized tables that are compatible with XCIN or GCIN table files (*.xcin and *.gtab).
- You can even use the official Boshiamy gtab file.
To install and activate the IME on a Chromebook:
- Install the extension
- Click the status in right-bottom corner (showing the system time) to popup the system config menu, select "Keyboard", then the gear icon in the right-top corner of the "Input Methods" menu to enter the "Inputs" setting page. (Alternatively, you can also get there by Settings, Device, Keyboards and Inputs, Input settings), and then click "Add input methods".
- Type to search for "JSCIN Chinese Input Methods", select and Add

從英文切換至JsCIN中文的時候都會吃字，把游標之前的字給吃掉。不曉得什麼原因。

您好，謝謝您開發這軟體，是我在chromeOS 的救星(嘸蝦米)。但我想請問，因為同時用很多電腦，只有一台是chromeOS. 都會用chrome browser 登入同一個帳號，jsCin 在非chromeOS 的chrome上常常出現，非常不便 (其它電腦已有慣用的輸入法，不需要用到jsCin)，是否有辦法解決? 謝謝!
你好，我是中国大陆用户。请问你打算支援简体字输入吗？因为 ChromeOS 内建只提供全拼、五笔输入法，但是不提供双拼输入法。 希望能够加入拼音输入（分为全拼、智能ABC双拼、微软双拼、自然码双拼、小鹤双拼五种） 如果你没有精力开发，能否提供开发的 documentation，方便我来开发？

The best IME in ChromeOS to support Chinese input. By the way, how to select the 聯想字? Pressing "Shift" the dialog disappears...

在CHROMEBOOK上使用, 變回一般的打字操作, 但聯想字按SHIFT後便消失了, 不能選擇, 有更新嗎
[Please let me know how to un-install it] The tool itself works ok. But the negative part is they use shift key to switch language input as default. But after I installed on chromebook, every time I click shift on my PC or laptop it will switch to Chinese input without letting me to type English. This is terrible. And I can't find any information to remove it. Hope they fix it soon.
