🔍 ABOUT
••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
OpenDyslexic is a free, open-source font designed to make reading easier for people with dyslexia. This extension replaces all fonts on web pages with the OpenDyslexic font, making content more readable and accessible.
Sometimes letters can feel jumbled or rotated, making reading frustrating. OpenDyslexic tackles this by giving each letter a heavier bottom, creating a "gravity" effect that helps keep them steady and grounded. This unique design makes it easier to recognize letters and read smoothly.
The distinct shapes of the letters also reduce confusion and swapping, so you can focus on reading without the struggle.

yes, yes, yes this is awesome
Just a feature idea - It would be absolutely amazing if this would work on Google Docs.
It works great for my sister, my main issue is that I can't remove it from my own chrome and it messes with the ui on some websites I visit
This plug in is super helpful, but I wish it worked a little more seamlessly. There are many websites, including this google chrome web store page, which do not display in the font with the plug in activated.
This extension is very useful for somebody with dyslexia and ASD, so this might also be helpful for other neurodivergencies :D
does an amazing job cant live without first thing i download on a new laptop
Unfortunately doesn't work on the majority of things I look at. Doesn't change any hyperlinks like the titles of Google search results and for some reason doesn't work on the YouTube comments section.
It was really helpful for the sites I use, too bad it isn't an actual app!
