Good, but: => I'd like to show the full marker when clicking on the icon; => I don't like the blur and shadow, a flatter style would be nicer; => All the heading words have caps. Why that? Please add an option to turn off that.
I would love to see the headers changing as we scroll down the page.

This is ridiculously great. But as a web designer, I am curious as to how you did this. Being able to do this on the websites I manage would really help users navigate my site. Obviously, I don't want you to stop developing the Chrome app, but if you could give some pointers to how one would do this using javascript (I'm assuming it's JS anyway). Thanks a lot! This is a great app :D
