Whenever you find yourself with too many tabs, click the OneTab icon to convert all of your tabs into a list. When you need to access the tabs again, you can either restore them individually or all at once.
When your tabs are in the OneTab list, you will save up to 95% of memory because you will have reduced the number of tabs open in your web browser.
Privacy assurance
OneTab is designed for privacy. Your tab URLs are never transmitted or disclosed to either the OneTab developers or any other party, and icons for tab URL domains are generated by Google. The only exception to this is if you intentionally click on our 'share as a web page' feature that allows you to upload your list of tabs into a web page in order to share them with others. Tabs are never shared unless you specifically use the 'share as a web page' feature.
Additional Benefits
Storing tabs in OneTab can also speed up your computer by reducing the CPU load and memory (RAM) usage of your browser. Even a high-end computer can become sluggish when many browser windows are open, because each open browser window may constantly consume resources.

God, I love this extension! It makes Chrome actually *usuable* for me when I have 40 to 60 tabs or more tabs I want to keep track of but not hogging memory. If Google has 40 or more tabs open, it just brings my 2008 iMac to its knees by using up all the memory it can and causing continuous memory page/swapping. With OneTab, I can open up a ton of tabs, and when I see Google slowing down, just save the tabs I'm not immediately working on, but want to keep track of, to OneTab. I love being able to quite a session, with 60 tabs open, and then save them all to OneTab. Then, when I start up Chrome, I don't have to wait for 5 or more minutes (seriously!) to open while Chrome chugs and chugs loading those 60 tabs. Then, I can open the tabs I want. Maybe not quite as slick as the tab groups of Firefox's Panorama, but at least, with OneTab, Chrome is actually a pleasure to use. I wouldn't use Chrome without OneTab, frankly, at least until I get a faster machine with a lot more memory! OneTab -- for tab masters! Great stuff!

Good extension. I use to organize the groups but it's not easy to create a new group and also not easy to send a tab to a specific group, here this extension can be improved. Also it would be great to have the groups and tabs syncronized across different devices.
there is a problem with the browser icon. If you want to save the tab you have open, it closes not just that one,but every and all. If that wasn't causing the issue it is a sweet app to have. It is so open, clean looking, uncluttered, sleek in that the lay-out is no nonsence. check it out but know this.....this app is good for the end of the day. have a couple things you haven't finished and need to save- that is just my view
LOVE this extension - it's fast and neatly puts all of my tabs into a single list that, to me, makes viewing my tabs both quick and easy to navigate & digest. Has sped me up at work, for sure!
2 things that I believe will make this a very useful extension: - add a possibility to open the list of saved pages without clicking the OneTab button and closing automatically everything; - always monitor the open tabs, so in case chrome shuts down by closing the app or crashing, you'll have the tab list saved in the OneTab list so you don't have to click restore tabs from Chrome History. Love this app, very useful.
Al principio me pareció genial pero después de varios 'crashes' de Chrome' se pierde la configuración y se pierden las nuevas Tabs, tengo que exportarlas muy frecuentemente. Me gustaría que se fueran guardando cada X tiempo en una cuenta en la nube para poder usarlas en otro lugar con algún otro navegador como Ópera
One of the best plugins in the chrome web store.. With the amount of ram that chrome uses, this is a must have.. You can save this as a session and then get it back to life, share a session as a web page and loads of other goodies.. Chrome should consider bundling this with their browser :)
