Overview

Product summary

Review the store description, core capabilities, and common use cases.

Whenever you find yourself with too many tabs, click the OneTab icon to convert all of your tabs into a list. When you need to access the tabs again, you can either restore them individually or all at once.

When your tabs are in the OneTab list, you will save up to 95% of memory because you will have reduced the number of tabs open in your web browser.

Privacy assurance

OneTab is designed for privacy. Your tab URLs are never transmitted or disclosed to either the OneTab developers or any other party, and icons for tab URL domains are generated by Google. The only exception to this is if you intentionally click on our 'share as a web page' feature that allows you to upload your list of tabs into a web page in order to share them with others. Tabs are never shared unless you specifically use the 'share as a web page' feature.

Additional Benefits

Storing tabs in OneTab can also speed up your computer by reducing the CPU load and memory (RAM) usage of your browser. Even a high-end computer can become sluggish when many browser windows are open, because each open browser window may constantly consume resources.

can't figure out how to work this on individual tabs. it's either all or none. hard to find the tab to restore once you closed everything. this really is not better than bulk bookmarking and being so difficult to use, I will say it is worse

I keep loosing my web page after getting up to 70+ web pages. I could scroll through the Chrome task manager and find it. But, OneTab has it all in one page. You can easily do Ctrl-F to find anything in the page and locate whatever you lost. It's not just a bookmark page. It's very dynamic. You can add, delete, delete all, add all, to either one page or any tabs. It's similar to Session Buddy which I use as well. Session Buddy has a history of sessions which OneTab does't have. But I found a workaround to it. You can save each OneTab session or page into a Bookmark folder. Now you have created a history of OneTab pages. I love the feature of stashing away any window full of tabs on the fly. Let's talk about all the memory I recover for other apps. Thank you OneTab!

One of my favorite extensions, up there with Evernote. Really makes my browsing easier because i tend to open too many tabs, which really slows me down. With this extension I can "put them away" without losing easy access to the info. I use this on my personal MacBook Pro and on my work PC laptop. The only thing that I would like to see in future upgrades is the ability to sync the tab across computers - but maybe this exists and I just don't know how? It would also be nice to be able to move tabs from one group to another, or to combine groups. I would gladly pay for a version with these attributes!

I dislike that I can only give this 5 out of 5 stars. There should be a method to give it 7 out of 5 stars. There are only 3 extensions that I believe everybody must have. This is definitely one of them (along with Feedly and LastPass).
