vivaldi came with this extension when installed on arch with kde plasma. i just found out it was the cause of the browser freezing for 30+ seconds every time i started it, sometimes minutes. this was very annoying for a long time.
Plasma integration works well with Google Chrome, just installed it with chrome and installed this extension and im happy with it, works well with Plasma 6.3 on Fedora

Works perfect in Linux Garuda (FireDragon / Chrome). __________ In Debian 12 shows this message (only Chrome): Failed to connect to the native host. Make sure the 'plasma-browser-integration' package is installed correctly and that you are running Plasma 5.13 or later. Specified native messaging host not found.
This is very good integration. The google Chrome functions smoothly.
Installing Chromium on Fedora 41 KDE Spin results in advertisements in the notification area about this extension. Not sure if it's Chromium, KDE or Fedora offering this 'suggestion', but I do not appreciate this intrusion of my notification area.
