Audio Equalizer is a lite extension that let you easily adjust audio settings (the balance between frequency components in an audio file) from a toolbar popup.

There are several audios presets available to choose from in the preset list. For example, you can choose, pop, club, party, soft rock dance, or any other preset format for the audio stream. Please note that you can also define your format and then save it for later use in the toolbar popup. There is also a - reset - button to revert all changes to the factory setting.

Note: this add-on has a Mono feature. Mono is an accessibility feature for people with hearing problems (i.e. deaf in one ear). When this feature is active, you will never miss a word or sound when you are listening to audio from headphones. Moreover, to switch the interface theme to dark, please press the moon icon in the bottom-right toolbar.

El mejor ecualizador que encontré para mi PC. Tiene la cantidad de bandas que deseo, realzan el sonido de una manera correcta y no exagerada. Muy fácil de usar. El único punto en contra que le doy es porque no está habilitado para escuchar con Spotify.

works great, and small footprint. But, seems to cause playback problems on LinkedIn. I set it to "This can read and change site data > when you click the extension." That seems to fix the problem, maybe.

Works fine in current Chrome version. Tested with YouTube Music. (Had the problem of too much bass with my speakers. Since Windows 11 has no EQ built in, this add on helped a lot)

The user interface is is clear and uncluttered. There are no vu meters or any graphic display of the equalisation. There is no need for them. If used in conjunction with Windows built-in volume mixer, you can view the output that is going to the sound card. This is often referred to as GAIN STAGING - which is a new name for an age old technique of balancing inputs and outputs. 100% is my vote because everything works. If you save a custom sound balance and want to use it again - IT WORKS when retrieving it. I have tested many similar apps that fail to deliver. Would like to see a "Stay on Top" feature, or a "View While in Full Screen" option, because if you are in full screen and want to adjust or tweak your sound balance you have come out of it to access the app. Summary If you want an EQ app that has loads of pretty visual graphics and loads of gizmos (compressors, limiters) - then this app is not for you. If you want an app that does what is says - then its the one for you.

really good, with presets and custom sets! very useful to remove excess bass from podcast or radio programs where you need to hear the dialogues clearly. But is really annoying to have to be disabling and enabling the extension because it stops working and you have to enable from the extensions manager again and reload the tab
