Produces nearly perfect markdown file output--almost identical to what GitHub shows for any given markdown file--images, formatting, tables, and all! I wrote about it in my answer here: https://superuser.com/a/1591372/425838.

I installed this and for probably a week had trouble figuring out how to use it. If I opened files in google chrome it would just show them in plain text. However after some googling I discovered you have to allow access to local URLs, AND have file:///* enabled under sites. These options are only selectable on the extensions page and not from the plugin bar. There should be a note of this somewhere in the description. Otherwise I think this will meet my needs of previewing markdown documents.

Nice job, I really like how many options you have. Bad thing: The only good theme (dark github) fills my html paddings with white color! For example when using this html to display an image in the center: <img src="./my_image.png" alt="drawing" width="600" style="padding-left:200px"/>
