A CADA ATUALIZAÇÃO FICA PIOR, alem disse o suporte não responde, isso na versão paga, não tem suporte nenhum, ninguem responde e do nada para de funcionar algumas funções em 19/07/2025 Assunto: Solicitação URGENTE – Cobrança Indevida e Falta de Suporte Prezados, Gostaria de expressar minha total insatisfação com o serviço prestado pela EasyBe. Fiz o pagamento do plano contratado, e até o momento não houve atualização nem liberação do serviço, como prometido. O suporte, que deveria solucionar problemas, é completamente ineficiente e desrespeitoso com o cliente. Não resolve nada, não responde com clareza e, pior, foge da responsabilidade como se o erro fosse meu. Estou pagando por algo que NÃO recebo, e até agora nenhum posicionamento sério foi dado. Já solicitei a devolução do meu dinheiro e também não tive retorno. Isso é, no mínimo, um absurdo. Exijo uma solução imediata: ou o serviço é ativado como prometido, ou meu valor é estornado sem mais enrolação. O que não vou aceitar é continuar sendo lesada, ignorada e tratada com descaso.
