您好，可以加一个【导出标注+所有目录】的选项吗，想把没有内容被标注的章节标题一起导出 ----------- 非常感谢您这么快修改提交了新版本！但是我前面表述不清楚，其实我想要的是【导出热门标注+所有目录】，这样粗略浏览一本书，就变得非常方便了！ 期待下次更新，非常感谢！
可以一次性选择复制想法和标注吗？ 默认是分开的，分别复制想法和标注，对于后期的整理是不太方便
特别好用的插件，“开启复制”功能有个问题，在一页开启复制之后换到下一页就不行了又要重新开启一次，能不能改成开启一次下次都自动开启，还有能不能把上面和下面三个符号去掉，方便直接粘贴代码运行
