Extension still not working so far, it used to... Please, could anyone from the Mendeley's team give us a perspective of when it will be fixed?
Estimados señores de Mendeley, Agradezco la utilidad de su aplicación, pero creo que podrían realizar algunas mejoras para mejorar la experiencia de los usuarios y facilitar el manejo de información científica. Sería muy valioso que consideraran las recomendaciones que los usuarios hemos brindado para mejorar la herramienta. En particular, sugiero que la conexión entre los tres recursos (Mendeley Web Importer, Mendeley Cite y Mendeley Reference Manager) sea automática para la actualización de metadatos. Actualmente, resulta tedioso tener que actualizar constantemente los recursos de forma manual. Asimismo, les recomendaría que reintegren el acceso rápido mediante el teclado, ya que ingresar al aplicativo de Mendeley Cite en Word sin esta opción nos hace perder tiempo. Por otro lado, sería muy conveniente agregar un tema oscuro para el Mendeley Reference Manager, lo cual facilitaría su uso en entornos de poca luz. Espero que tomen en cuenta estas sugerencias para seguir mejorando una herramienta indispensable en el ámbito de la investigación científica. ¡Gracias por su atención y consideración!
the chrome extension is so incredibly buggy sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt

Used to work month ago, but since then it just does not do anything. I click it, it loads and then quits.
The Mendeley Desktop was user-friendly. This new version is a hassle to use. Web importer is not working. Facing difficulties in autodetecting details of references. Hope this will be solved soon.
The Importer used to work fine with Mendeley Reference Manager, but for article editing reasons i had to switch back to Mendeley Desktop (had to create a new account as the institutional one was not accepted) and now, as the plugin stores the credential (from the institutional one) i cannot access my personal account, so i have to manually download or worse to add the doi and create the reference via manual input. Please correct this or at least stop keeping our login credentials and let us change them.
So, it's a good idea and as long as it is working I like to use is, BUT since weeks I can't use it. The application is not working in my Chrome browser. Please try to fix that!
