2 hours wasted on trying to install this. Stuck forever at "Signing in to Mendeley Web Importer"; "please od do not close external windows that pop up" - yeah because they display "login aborted" and close themselves after 3 seconds anyway; "this may take a few seconds" - meaning eternity, and won't work anyway.
Web importer does not work. the solution that Mendeley Support Center provides does not work either. I think I will move to Zotero now

not functioning properly!!
Only works sometimes. Refreshing page or opening a new window no longer works to fix the glitch. Highly frustrating when trying to write a manuscript. This used to be fantastic and intuitive, now it's a mess.
