Always bugging
Web inporter is constantly failing, opening a shadow window, which fails to login, showing "Internal server issues" or some other error. This is making a previously stable and quality reference manager barely usable. Please, Elsevier, just restore the previous versions and get your hands off it.
Useful when it works. Recently stopped working, it won't stop loading and I couldn't figure out why. I tried following the steps in other reviews but didn't help. I wasn't going to spend more effort trying to troubleshoot when it is easier to just download and get started with a competitor

Forced to use it for college. I need to request from my lecturer if I can just use an alternative. The extension absolutely sucks! I have an article, click the Mendeley extension icon so I can save it, pops up a box all grey looking like it is trying to load something and is stuck. Even clicking the "x" has no effect. Also, this has happened 90% of the time I go to use it. Extremely frustrating.
It worked normally, but it stopped working.
Awful - constantly signs me out doesnt work properly even when signed in. The sign in option is greyed out and the one time link says expired even when used within 30 seconds. Bizarre glitches. Sometimes have to reload page about 3 times to even get the extension to work - strongly recommend moving to a competitor -Im switching to Zotero asap. Shame on you Mendeley.
if i dont use it for 3 minutes it stucks and I need to uninstall and re-install it all over again.
It used to be wonderful, what happened?
