It used to work great, now I can sync my app with the web importer which just delays. I recommond just using Zoltero.
This is THE WORST mass distributed pieces of software ever. Who coded this? A baby?

La nueva versión para PC no se sincroniza con la extensión web, el complemento en Microsoft Word requiere que se inicie sesión cada vez que se abre (es necesario cerrarla porque ocupa mucho espacio en la parte lateral, era mejor cuando se abría un pequeño buscador para colocar la cita que se requiere), pésimas actualizaciones, tienen muchos errores.
When it works it's not bad. But it usually won't work at all and I am forced to restart Chrome. In addition, it frequently requires me to re-authenticate, which slows me down. Zotero is free and is much more reliable. I am stuck with Mendeley for some of my work because the company I work for standardized on it. I'd really like it if the extension developers would address the reliability problems. Secondly, it is terrible at identifying metadata in PDFs. I am using Mendeley because I have to for work but for anything else I trust Zotero, which is much more reliable.
If I could give this a negative I would.
Constantly crashes or doesn't even open, especially when having chrome open in multiple windows. Also the library doesn't update in Word automatically, so i have to close and reopen the extension constantly to cite as i write.
I really like Mendeley but the Chrome Extension (which is very helpful) crashes all the time and doesn't even work most of the times.
Hace poco me cambié de Zotero a Mendeley pero me arrepiento bastante, todo bien pero la extensión no sirve para nada, no se sincroniza ni hace nada, dificulta mucho mi trabajo ya que tengo que estar agregando manualmente todo. Una total basura, con todas sus letras. Y perdón, pero enoja bastante que el programa en que depositas tu confianza para hacer trabajos importantes te falle en cosas tan básicas y en momentos tan cruciales.
