I hate the way it handles authentication. Besides, the extension fails to launch intermittently.
Lately it has not been working as efficiently. Kindly fix it. It is annoying having to download the file and then upload into the ref. manager.

used to work great, now it does not work at all
Horrible. I have been using zotero but as my new organization insists on mendeley trying to work on it. It is horrible- doesn't import articles, newspaper reports, or any pdfs. WONDER what it is good for????
Very often can't log in. Have restart whole browser and try multiple times.
Doesn't work Installed this yesterday and it doesn't work. Loads a small black window then shuts down. Useless
Functional useless right now. Only generates a small black or white loading window before shutting down. Issue isn't resolved with reinstallation either. When this worked a few months it was a 5* product and an absolute lifesaver.
So many bugs need to be resolved for it to work seamlessly when importing a paper. When it does work magically, a lot of times mendley fails to add key details of the paper ! Can the developers please fix it !
