Good tool, but could be improve (as the software on desktop). The way to handle folders and subfolders is not intuitive. Personnaly I like to make folder and subfolder, but I don't like to have the children file in the parent folder. The chrome add-on is good, but it doesn't intuitively follow the folder tree. I mean it creates a lot of branch on the same level. The visibility is consequently not good. And there is no possibility to sort the related article by year and this would be a good improvement. The add-on is also not really responsive when we navigate on the results on sciencedirect. I mean you change of search. You press F5. And the add on still purpose you the article in your previsous research... Changing these point I think it could really be an ideal tool for scientists.

The extension is not working.
Have used Mendeley off-and-on over the last ~6 years and still I find the web importer unreliable. In particular, I have noticed that it cannot seem to find the associated full-text PDFs on papers from ScienceDirect (despite the reference otherwise being imported fine and the fact that the PDF is easily available by downloading it directly). This is mystifying to me, since ScienceDirect and Mendeley are both owned by Elsevier.

Hi For one week, the extension does not work through Chrome. what is the problem?
This tool is very useful for my research. In the next update I hope it become able to make reference from pdf files, meaning it can make reference from pdf files special reports from government and institutes
Mendeley removed their online search bar, the selling point of their tool, and replaced it with this awful, time-consuming mess of a plugin. I had previously recommended Mendeley to so many people, but am now looking for a replacement
IT DOESN'T OPEN When I launch it, 9 out of 10 times it just spins in the login page endlessly. It's been like this for years. How is this even possible?
