I have been using Mendeley for years now and have loved it. Up until recently, like this past month, this extension has been THE WORST. It use to work so well. It now will not let me sign in. I keep getting this error message that says the page does not work. I'm not entirely sure what has happened or what was updated to make it break. But please fix it.
非常好用了已经,那些差评都是两年前的了
Did work fine for many years, now I have to daily deinstall/renistall it, to get it working. Disappointing, was my main reason to use Mendeley as adding literature is much more complicated in e.g. Endnote.
Sangat Membantu Tugas Kita Semua, Trimakasih Banyak...
Overall i really like this app. I've used it all the way through university and it's done me great. Sometimes it can mess up reading the information for the references, but actually you can't expect everything for free! I always check over my references to make sure and make adjustments if needed - which is really easy to do with the desktop app. Super happy.
Super slow to fetch an article because EVERY references in a webpage are scanned. so 10sec+ to fetch a new article in our library.
Slow, buggy, need to reinstall monthly. For eg. now it imports only the initials of authors, which is a problem for looking up papers by author name in the library...
Its very slow! I'd rather download the pdf's myself and add them to my library. and even after adding files thru the extension, it does not automatically sync to my desktop app. Hope this improves, because if this works well, it really is a time saver
It will be nice to have a trigger automatically synchronizing the desktop version every time a new entry is added.
Unfortunately, so far I have not been successful in retrieving articles directly to Mendeley through the ap. Have to do it manually through download to my computer, add to the desktop version of Mendeley, and synch with the online account.... Would love to learn from others who have been more successful.
