Oft funktioniert es nicht oder öffnet sich gar nicht erst. Mendeley hat an sich noch sehr viel Verbesserungsbedarf, gerade im Word Plug-In
I like Mendeley. But the Web Importer does not work properly. First, I have to login every time I restart chrome. And the extension does not work most of the time. Sometimes I have to click 20 times for that dialogue box to pop up. Other times it simply does not show up no matter how many times I click on it. Occasionally, restarting chrome solves the issue. But most of the time it depends on your luck whether it will work or not.
I have downloaded this after accidentally deleting the unofficial version which was also on google extension. The official one seems to be terrible and does not pick up information like the "unofficial" one pshht.
In the latest version of the chrome add-on, many of the fields are accessible to edit or even to verify that the data is capture properly. When these data is accessed by dekstop app, there is a pop-up message showing that "Details are correct". It would be nice it one can check these details in the add-on window while adding the entries while adding them. In the new addon, we could not add any tags to the entries which help the users in many ways! Is there any possibility to switch to older version till development of the planned features is completed and tested?
Extension recently got updated and I really like the new format. It's still a bit slow but I like how i can preview the PDF downloaded.
In most cases it does what it's supposed to do. Usually it does it very slowly - loading and adding references takes minutes sometimes. Other times it does not work at all. E.g. have tried to add a paper today about 16 times, the web importer never even loads up.
The old version was better. Now it tries to add multiple references on one page. I don't know why. Just add the one I'm looking at!

New version of extension is actually awful. They removed all the best features, like editing entry while adding.
Doesn't work. When I click 'Import to Mendeley' I get this pop-up box / frame thing, but there's nothing showing in box that would let me allow it and after sometime it gets automatically closed.
