liars if you say this isn't five stars! If it was a chargeable app.... I'd pay for it.
It doesn't work. When in a paper PDF page, click on Mendeley Importer icon and the manager is hidden on the right side of the window explorer. It's not the first time that I try this. It has always had bugs, bugs, bugs.
Mendeley has been installed for the 2nd time its getting crashed again and again. please do something
While I opened an pdf on Chrome, and I clicked the mendeley icon, the windows of mendeley importer didn't appear fully, so I can't see and click the save buttom.
This extension used to work well, but now it no longer functions, despite re-installing it.
I'm really sad. I have relied on this extension on and off for the for the past 10 years. It had it's quirks, but at least I could work around the quirks to get it to work. this is my 2020 edit for this extension: I just reinstalled it after several years of not using it. It will not allow me to even sign in. I signed in once and it gave me an error code, I tried signing in again and now it just returns to the sign-in page with no message. This seems to be the Google extension that never gets completely fixed. It worked several years ago, but hasn't worked since. 2018 edit: For some reason it now says that an "extension is blocking" the retrieval of data. I just uninstalled all my other extensions, uninstalled and reinstalled the Mendeley extension and closed/reopened chrome hoping to fix the problem. It didn't. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the importer. Now it doesn't even open. This was such a crucial key in my research gathering. It's a shame it no longer works. I downloaded a PDF article from an email and opened in in chrome specifically to use the plug in, but the mendeley extension will not even open. I tried this link as well... https://www.researchgate.net/publication/326082741_The_Role_of_Working_Alliance_in_Attainment_of_Personal_Goals_and_Improvement_in_Quality_of_Life_During_Psychiatric_Rehabilitation I get a response asking me to respond, but cannot respond to the other person't answer... so... this all I can figure out how to do. I am so upset that this importer no longer works. I am using a Windows 10 computer with the latest Chrome update...if that helps.
Every time I click on the extension I have to sign in. I don't know if this is a bug or by design, but it's certainly inconvenient.
