Dunno since when, but it stopped working properly for quite a while. It used to be able to import the article directly by clicking the browser built-in app and then all you needed to do was to synchronize in the app, which would show you the downloaded articles. It seems that the browser app now is just to import the title without the article, which renders the app not much more useful than other PDF readers. Any motivation to improve the user experience?
Mendeley is great, but the app no longer works. I followed James Leung's instructions, deleted elsevier and mendeley cookies, restarted the brower, logged in/out and so on. The importer just gives be a button to log in. If I click it, it opens a new tab and closes it before anything is displayed. The log in button is still there, and no other functionality.

It is fine when it works, but about half the time it will not show anything but a blank box. This is true for both Chrome and Firefox and I have been experiencing this issue intermittently for nearly a year now. It would be great if Mendeley could get this fixed.
