*NOTE* Google does not allow Vimium to run on this Chrome Web Store page and the Chrome New Tab page, by design. Sorry about that!

*NOTE* Chrome has some alarmist messaging around the permissions that Vimium needs to run. Really all it's asking for is that Vimium's javascript be loaded into every page. Don't be alarmed. Vimium never talks to any servers and does absolutely nothing with your data. Read the open source code if you're curious.

For more information about rebinding your keys and how to use many of Vimium's features, see here: https://github.com/philc/vimium/blob/master/README.md

Modifier keys are specified as , , for ctrl+x, meta+x, and alt+x respectively.

It's good, but I wish there was a way to customize what shows up with the Vomnibar. I do not like my history popping up every time I type in an url. I have the feature disabled from my browser, but this extension still insists on showing me my history every time.

One of the most important commands is the f command, I use it to navigate the page without having to use the mouse. But looking at the help, the explanation for the f command is incorrect, f doesn't open a link. It should say "find all links on the current page"

Vimium gives me a further universe :D Now i really learn to use the keyboard for easier and faster surfing, working. :) I used Letter Keyboard Shortcuts since years especially for navigation through tabs and centered all around the left ctrl key with y,y tab left, right and a last tab etc. In Vimium i had to deactivate its own * y, * x shortcuts though. The remapping, changing could be easier. Q: 1. How is the search layer called with letter o ? This could be extended or also get a separate addon. Are there existing search addons with this layer feature? 2. What about shortcuts for calling installed addons? thx

What a hack! I was hesitated a bit whether I should try it. After giving it a shot, I instantly realized the power of this tool, despite not a vim user (yet).
